About Providental Dentistry

The first Providental dentistry clinic was opened by Dr Darryl McIntyre on the Gold Coast at Tugun in 1985.

Since then, Providental has established three more clinics at Robina, Banora Point and Emerald Lakes.

Our motto at Providental is “Keep peace with your teeth”. This means looking out for the best interest of your teeth. That is why we have always been committed to best practice dentistry techniques and all our practices are Amalgam Free. New techniques and procedures are frequently being assessed and introduced to determine if they will lead to an increase in the quality of care we can provide for you. Consideration is also given to cost and benefit compared to existing procedures to enable us to provide the highest care.

Oral Health Therapists

Oral Health Therapists have been educated and trained to provide oral health services. They play an important role in the prevention, early identification and treatment of dental disease and the promotion of good oral health. They are able to provide all general dental treatments to children between the ages of 4 and 18 and specific treatments and counselling for dental purposes to all patients on referral from your dentist.
